Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You have symptoms of blackheads and oily skin which seems to be due to hormonal change occurs at a particular age or due to trapping of dust and sebum in skin pores. Need not to worry. My advice are :

- Wash your face with face wash containing benzoyl peroxide then apply a cream containing azelaic acid.
- Eat fresh fruits and vegetables also drink plenty of water.
- Apply vitamin E before going to bed to fine texture of skin.
- Exfoliate your skin with noncomedogenic exfoliant once a week to remove dead skin.
If the condition doesn't get better in a month then consult a dermatologist for proper diagnosis and treatment. The doctor may prescribe retinoid ointment and antibiotic like clindamycin.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
