Hi & Welcome.
I can understand your concern.

Incomplete data like age, gender, liver function tests and other serological tests for hepatitis B virus, etc...???

Based on the history and the result of the lab tests given you seem to be suffering from early acute hepatitis B virus infection.

Since such type of infection usually resolves spontaneously and gives
long-lasting immunity, hence there is no specific treatment for acute hepatitis B.
Care is aimed at maintaining comfort and adequate nutritional balance, including replacement of fluids that are lost from vomiting & diarrhoea. There's no role of oral anti-HBV drugs at this stage.

However, you have to repeat the serological tests along with liver function tests after 6 months.

The absence of IgM anti-HBc or the persistence of HBsAg for 6 months along with the presence of HBeAg, reactive HBV DNA & Total Anti-HBc indicates chronic HBV infection.

In such a case you may be evaluated by specialist experienced in the management of chronic hepatitis B infection.

Currently, Pegylated Interferon alfa (PEG-IFN-a), Entecavir (ETV), & tenofovir are the first-line agents in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B disease.

Hope the advice given above would be useful to you.
A feed back is highly appreciated.
