How Can UTI Be Treated?

My mom is 84. She had taken 2 rounds of an antibiotic for a UTI. Mom is now having the same symptons again. Can this be caused by constipation? And what is the best antibiotic for the treatment of a UTI? She has taken augmentn (not sure of spelling.

no uti is less likely to cause constipation. uti generally causes frequency in urination nd itiching and pain in abdomen .best drug for uti is nitrofurantoin or nalidixic acid but best drug can be suggested after urine culture sensitivity
