I have been diagnosed with PTSD and Generalized Anxiety Disorder, as well as OCD to name a few but I am going into panic mode since my pcp is retiring and told me to research and find a good psychiatrist to keep me stabilized how do I find a good Dr. to form a good Dr. patient relationship with? I feel like I am lost in this big internet world I need some references please. A lot of my past experiences have instilled a fear due to the Dr. not understanding the extremes that anxiety can cause with fear, irregular heartbeat, chest tightening to name a few please help with some educated insight
