How Can POTS Be Treated?

I have POTS but can t even get into a elevator or a would never try a plane other wise would go to Mayo Clinic I am 60 and feel thrown to the curb I notice after all these years that children now have it - so it seems to me that there is different strains of pots let s say similar to hepatitis - beside small and drinking sodium water daily fir years after a hernia in abdomen I noticed laying in bed to heal it was the worse thing - I have pots 10 years ago and it took me about three years to come out of it I was in a wheelchair my legs felt like a 5000 pounds apiece I couldn t walk couldn t get into an elevator so I sure in hell couldn t find any place nobody gave me medicine and I just wanted to give me beta blockers are beta blockers didn t work so my doctor said take salt salt salt and sodium and water soda and water and work out and exercise every day I did and only thing I did was make me lose wait finally I snapped out of it and I was able to walk and run and do all kinds of things and now from laying down it came back they thought it would come back for a short time but now it s come back to stay now I m older what do I do
