How Can PCOD Be Treated?

Dear Doctor I have been diagnosed with PCOD. A friend suggested to take Shatavari . Is it safe to take it since I have thyriod and taking levothyroxin 88MCG tab once a day? If yes then Kindly suggest the dose and the brand too. Kindly suggest other Ayurvedic medicine to overcome Hormonal imbalance. Thanks a lot

1.You age?
2.What harmonal tests were done other than Thyroid in your case?
3. have you been diagnosed only by u/s pelvis that you have PCOD?
PlEASE DONT TAKE yurvedic and allopathy together.
Overcome stress and PCOD may not harm you
