How Can IBS Be Treated?

hi. suggering from IBS AS MY FAMILY DOCTOR SAID.. How do i get rid of it. sensation in the anus part. I underwent a Colonoscopy test which was pretty normal. Doctor suggested me to take a tablet IBSET which is giving me a temporaraliry relief , but not a permenent one. what should i do to get permanent relief from loose motions again n again..

Management of IBS is detailed below
-Avoid fatty, fried and spicy food
-Following low-fat dairy diet can help
-Fiber supplements containing Psyllium
-eat fiber rich food like vegetables, bran, oat etc
-You can take over the counter anti-diarrheal like Loperamide
-try avoiding stress. Practice relaxation techniques like yoga, exercise etc
-If the above measures fail, Tricyclic antidepressant like Nortriptyline can be added to the treatment regimen.
