How Can I Treat Irregular Periods And Nose Bleeds?

hi. i have had some health problems. i am overweight , but that has really never been a big issue. I ve had tonsillitis through childhood. Also, i was anemic as a toddler . Now I ve been having some issues. My periods are irregular and short lasting. I have been having nose bleeds (they occur when i am blowing my nose),also i have headaches (they are not so painful),and i feel kind of weak and depressed. Can you help me?

hi
welcome to healthcaremagic

your chronic tonsillitis can make you feel weak as described by you, your chronic rhinosinusitis is the probable cause for your persistent tonsillitis.
along with this is your overweight and your dysmenorrhoea also can make you feel miserable.
consult an ENT surgeon and a gynaecologist
keep us posted
