Hi, getting rid of a habit involves a strong will power. You do not need a medication to stop you from doing something. If you decide, you can do anything in this world. There is no word like IMPOSSIBLE. Divert your attention, keep yourself busy and when you get an urge to chew tobacco, chewing gums, candies are a better substitute. Please consult a doctor and join a rehabilitation centre if required. Take care !
