How Can I Soon Recover From The Bruised Right Knee While Playing Football ?
Sir I am Arnab Das 21 years old boy. Sir 2month ago at the time of playing football I shot the ball’s upper side and then I got Bruise at my right knee . But I had never pain at the possition. But I feel uncomfortble while doing any movement. I have not pain at bone . Sir I am a sport man so I nedd very soon recovery. what should I do now?
