How can I remove the lump outside the rectum which is causing discomfort and nauseating feeling ?

I am a male 55 years old, active runner, non smoker and in very good health. I noticed a lump on the outside of my rectum this morning; it s a causing me some discomfort in that area, along with some nausea . What are your thoughts?

Hi XXXXXXXX, welcome to H.C.M.FORUM. it appears to be a boil, causing discomfert in defeacation and sometimes nausia. as it grows, cause pain. some times subsides with medicines, if pain is unbearable you can go for surgery. thank you.
