How Can I Regularize Periods Using Home Remedies?
My periods are always irregular. I used to have progesterone tablets and they got regularized, but have started getting irregular after 6 months of stopping the tablets. My last period was 17th Dec, and have not got it since. How can I regularize periods using home remedies?

Thanks for writing.
If you are having delayed period then it means you are not ovulating. This can be due to following reason.
PCOS or polycystic ovarian syndrome
Thyroid problems
Anemia
Overweight/obese
To check for these you will need detailed hormone analysis and ultrasound scan.
Then medicine to treat the problem concerned.
Regarding home remedies other than weight loss if you are obese no such remedies are present.
