How can I reduce my tummy size ? Iam 33 years old

i m 33 yr old working unmarried girl, height 5.2, weoght 45 kg , diabetes nomal 75 during fasting, 85 during RBS, thyroid normal My breast is 32 and tummy area is now 30 inches. I want to reduce tummy size to 28 or 26 Kindly suggest what to do

Since when are you having Diabetes. Are you on any medication. Your blood sugar values appear to be normal. According to your body mass index which is 18.1 (Normal should be within 18.5 to 24.9) you are underweight. How are your menstrual cycles. Are you eating well enough. You need to eat diet rich in proteins and calcium like cereals, pulses, eggs, chicken, lean meat, plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Avoid junk food. Drink plenty of water. You need to do cardio exercise in Gym or you can do daily brisk walking for 40 minutes a day to reduce fat from body. Also Aerobic exercises will help tone the body and make proper shape and physique. Keep in proper follow up with your Doctor and maintain normal blood glucose levels.

Hello.welcome.You are still underweight according to your height.If you still want to reduce your waistline then join a gym.But you should keep on having nutritious diet so that in process of reducing your waistline you should not develop malnourishment.Good luck.

Thanks for query,
Your weight is not more but it seems that there is more collection of fat in your abdomen.
Do abdominal exercise ie recti muscle exercise.
Sleep in the position your back touches ground.
Raise YOUR ONE LEG straight as much as you can,keep for some time and then bring it down,do this with another leg.
Do this exercise 10mnt in the morning and evening.
