had knee enfussion it was lock for about 1 month had pt two months later for one month so painfull i did not go back last 3 session made me limp a lot more told dr. he had another doc look at mri (5month old)and said see small tear want more pt knee give out4 times a day alest and when i have a busy day at work a lot more just came from doc and knee is clicking away doc bend knee and twisted knee in more pain a usual and knee is moving in and out while walking said dont wear brace at home . knee feel better when taped
