How can I overcome the weakness of my muscles and bones ?
i m 27 yrs old.. proffetionally teacher.. i always feel weakness, after getting up in the morning or noon... feeling weakness in muscules or bones while exercising getting stretch in muscules... to feel energetic wt shud i tk in my diet? n wt to do to be strong ? pls guide me
As you are a teacher you may not get good physical exercise as it indicates that while stretching you get muscle catch.
from your work you give some time for regular exercise like running,walking jogging etc.
Take milk,fresh fruits dry fruits and green vegetables and some multi vitamines,B complex supplements.
get ur hemoglobin checked.u may be anemic. so you can meet a physician and follow his advice. in home you can increse the intake of proteins like egg,chicken etc. if veggy then milk soya,sprouts.you can ttake multivitamin capsules. take more greeny leafy veg in food. do regular exercise and take water atleast 3 to 4 lit per day.but first consult the doctor .

My father is 81 years old and had bone cancer in 2008. Once the tumor shrank, his leg muscles atrophied to the point where they broke and he needed to have a metal rod inserted into his leg to hold it together. This weekend he fell off his chair and broke his hip. Tomorrow he s scheduled for surgery on the hip and while in there, they plan to take out the rod in his leg, and reinsert a shorter rod. Doesn t this sound excessive for a man his age? How long will the surgery take?
I am 24 years old male, 192cm ,previously 100 Kg, now 92 Kg, with juvenile diabetes ,power lifting since 6 years. 6 months ago I had an attack of hypoglycemia with convulsions after which I had suffered from triceps weakness, vertical diplopia and intermittent left ptosis.
