Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi,

From what you have mentioned, you seem to be suffering form anxiety and depressive symptoms which is causing a lot of distress to you. You should consider seeking a psychiatric evaluation and initiating treatment accordingly.

Treatment with medications like paroxetine would be effective for you. you can also consider the option of cognitive behavior therapy which will help you overcome your symptoms. It consists of multiple sessions and focuses on relaxation and changing the maladaptive thoughts in your mind. You should also start exercising daily as that will help you feel relaxed.

I do hope that I was able to help you with your query.

Best wishes,

Dr. Sunil Gupta
