How Can I Lose Weight To Reduce The Arthritis Causing Severe Pain In Hands, Back And Knees?
yes, I have gained weight and can barely walk. My pain from bone on bone knees has increased dramatically.
i also have back issues from arthritis and hand pain ,,,,,enlarged joints.
I know one option is lose weight but i cant hardly walk up one flight of stairs. The knee doctors want me to redo my knees but I dont see how I can....seems that pain meds would help me move and ultimately lose weight. etc
But no one wants to give meds

I am so sorry to hear that you are suffering from so much problems. If you wants to reduce weight, you need to do exercices and change dietary pattern.
If you cannot walk or do exercise, you should see a physiotherapist who can assist you in this matter.
Pain medicines are only for short term, they cannot be prescribe for long. I donot think there is any issue for not prescribing painkiller for short term. you should see your doctor.
