keep a healthy diet, at leats no snacking for a week, only eat 3 meals a day, in a week or so, you might loose 1-2 pounds-CAREFUL! when wearing your jeans after this, it might be baggy(that's what happened to me)
Hello.Welcome to HCM forum.If the amount of weight to be reduced is few kgs then you can do it yourself by adopting regular exercises and eating healthy food and avoiding junk food.But if amount of weight to be reduced is very large then take help of a ditecian to achieve your goal properly and professionally.Thanks and good luck.
