How can I increase my height by 3 inches at 19 years ?

Sir I am Arnab Das 19year&6months old.Sir am doing sports every morning & doing yoga .The problem is my height is 5feet& 7inche. Sir may I gate 5 9or10 inches height?

Thanks for query,
After 20 yrs there is no increase in height as there is fusion of epiphysis to long bones.
Even then chances of increase in height is there for about a n year.
Do height increasing exercise like running,jogging,swimming,jumping ropes,
cycling ete.
Take high nourishing diet.
Yoga will not help for increasing height.

At your age, most of the growing ends of bones have fused and it is quite challenging to increase height at this age. The height usually depends on your parents' height and genes do play a major role in it. Still you can do some yoga and aerobics which do increase secretion of growth hormone thus helping in height increment. Have a high protein and high calcium diet also.
