hi your case is associated with dentist as well as ENT consultant. as for as your oral cavity issues are concerned, this will be taken by a dentist and for throat and stomach issues you may go for an ENT and a gastroenterologist, but must keep inform them from one another advice and diagnosis and try to keep a coordinated papers . this is the proper solution for your issue. good luck and regards.
your bad breath may be due to calculus deposits and chronic gingivitis.. you better get an sub gingival scaling with a periodontist's consultation analysing your bone loss and infection status. after scaling should continue mouthwash for 3 weeks twice daily following brushing. as soon as possibile get treated by a dentist. take care.
As you have multiple complains is is likely that you are suffering from anxietyneurosis.
For throat complain you might have pyorrhea or periodential infection or tarter deposited on teeth or under gingiva leading to infection in teeth and gums.this causes bad breath bleeding from gums and tongue coating.
consult dental surgeon and seek his advise.

Dental caries is a very common problem. Bacteria normally reside in the mouth. They, however, mix with the proteins present in the saliva (spit) to form plaque and attach to the hard enamel surface of the tooth. The bacteria feed on food sugars and starches and produce an acid. This acid eats into the tooth enamel damaging the tooth. What are the symptoms? Initially there may be no symptoms while the enamel is being eaten away. Later, tooth sensitivity may be noticed. There may be discomfort while eating sweet foods and hot or cold drinks or foods. If the cavity becomes very large or a tooth abscess develops which may be accompanied by pain, swelling or fever. This is why it is important to have frequent dental check ups. If it hurts, it is already too late. How is it diagnosed? A dentist may identify the areas of decay quite early. Sometimes dental X-rays may be advised.
Hi I have a couple questions to ask, do flossing and rinsing really make a difference? Is there a right way to floss? What are the best products to use? How do nutrition affect my teeth and gums? I worry about bad breath, what can I do? Can I really prevent and avoid cavities and gum disease? Can you give me tips to help avoid them?
I had 3 teeth filled on Monday afternoon. Two on top and a filling all the way in the back bottom right. The dentist had trouble numbing the tooth and I received several shots of novacaine. I was in much pain and went back yesterday. He filed down the filling and I got some relief. However, my tongue has no taste on the right side. I am still very sore but I think that is just from the shots. I called the dentist again today and was told to give it another week. How long should it take to get the sensation back on the right side?
Dear Dr, I am 30 years Male. I had productive cough in morning for last 2 months and I was suffering from sinusitis also. The sputum was green. Now the cough is gone and only sinusitis remains, no that much sputum. I done a chest x-ray last week which came normal. However doctor told a elevation in Diaphragm and enlagement of heart. What will be the reason of this?. Active Pulmonoray TB not there, but will it be Miliary TB symptom or Amoebic Liver Abscess or anything else?? Please advice me for the next step
About a month ago I heard a loud noise in my right ear and got dizzy. Then two weeks later I had upper respiratory and my right ear looked irritated. I was prescribed z pack. Then two weeks after that I felt I couldnt swallow, my skin on my neck was stretching, pressure in my face, and dizzy. I went back to the doctor and he said both ears were irritated and I probably had sinus infection, even though I had no mucus. He prescribed amoxicillin and advil congestion relief. The pressure in my head at times was uncomfortable to a point where I had to look in the mirror and make sure my face was not disformed. I went back a few days, even though the other symptoms went away and he ordered an MRI. All came back normal except for a maxillary mucus retention cyst in my right sinus. The doctor said it was very small and should not be causing all this. Last night I went to the er because, the pressure in my nose for the past two days makes me feel as if I am not able to breathe. My right ear and head are numb when I feel the pressure in my right nostril. No matter what I take no mucus or flem is coming out and I get panicky when I feel the pressure and numbness. I have to say the pressure is not as intense these past few days as it was last week but still uncomfortable and scary. The ER doctor just ordered claritin but when I called my doctor that said it would dry me up more and he gave me sudafed which I am now taking. also was on lexapro (2,5mg) for a few years and took a year or so to wean off it correctly. I have been off of it for over two months. Could this be related? I have an appointment with an ENT this week.
