How Can I Hold My Urine ?
I am a 44 year woman,have 3 kids by operation, sine many years have problem With holding urine when I have cough. Pls suggest any exercise? I am good in general health, no health issuesat all single problem is the urinary problem.

Hi well come to HCM.
If your urine reports are normal exercise for pelvic and perineal muscle may help
you. During coughing there is increase in intra abdominal presure which adds pressure
on bladder in addition to pressure by collected urine. Thanks
