Hello, I am a 50 year old man and like to drink beer but have become ashamed of my beer gut.Because of medical issues I am disabled and have lower back issues that prevent me from doing sit ups and or crunches. Is there a belt on the market that would actually do me any good in reducing my beer gut ?
Sorry to hear about your problem and thank your for asking your query at HCM. To reduce your beer belly, you need to start exercising. As you have mentioned that in addition to this problem, you have medical and low back issues. These will certainly be a deterrent to any form of heavy exercise. You should start by simple walking and try yoga, as this would help in increased flexibility, which will help you to do more complex exercises in the future. Needless to say, you should cut down on your beer intake.
Hoping for the best.
