How can I get rid of sinusitis ?

Respected doctor , I am suffering from sinusitis about 2 years. My left nasal path is so closed. And my breath intake is very bad. I m breathing with my right nasal oly. How can i get rid of this problem?? and is there any exercise to avoid my ilness???? and I am feeling that my studies are getting dull because of this..:( I m 20 years old nw.

Welcome to HCM.
Sinusitis could be due to allergy to dust, infection, deviation of nasal septum(DNS). You can use decongestant nasal drops, steam inhalation etc. But it is a good idea to consult a ENT Surgeon, to exclude any major problem, and in case of DNS you may need surgery to correct that disorder.
