Hello
RA is a longterm disease and the disease runs a variable course but tends to be chronic and progressive.
Most of the patients benefit from an early aggressive treatment and it helps in early suppression of inflammation in joint and other tissue and it helps in maintenance of joint and muscle function and prevention of deformities.
You must not stop the treatment at any stage.
The synovial fluid is removed for the analysis and not for the cure.
For the cure medicines are given and surgery is reserved for few patients who have major deformities and pain.
It is best to remain under the guidance and treatment of a rheumatologist.
Thanks

Welcome to HCM.
We can control the disease and episodes of pain and swelling by certain medicines stage by stage.
NSAIDs are required to subsides the pain and swelling.
There is no known cure for rheumatoid arthritis, but many different types of treatment can alleviate symptoms and/or modify the disease process.
Pharmacological treatment of RA can be divided into disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs (DMARDs), anti-inflammatory agents and analgesics.Treatment also includes rest and physical activity.
Common combinations of DMARDs include methotrexate – hydroxychloroquine, methotrexate – sulfasalazine, sulfasalazine – hydroxychloroquine, and methotrexate – hydroxychloroquine – sulfasalazine.
Consult rheumatologist for further guidance.

Dear patient,

SAZO is an immunosuppressive drug that is commonly used in rheumatoid arthritis. However, there are other medications of same class that can be used, if you are uncomfortable changing of medication is one option. Or you can take medicine for headaches temporarily. Synovial fluid in the knees is due to inflammation of the synovium and that is occuring in both knees. There is antiinflammatory medication that your doctor can prescribe you, but those drugs also have side effects and cannot be taken for too long. If you doctor sees this as the best option then you can have a full discussion with him to confirm. The procedure is short and done under aneasthesia.

I wish you all the best
warm regards

hello,

welcome to HCM forum,

1) tab HCQS or sazo is temporary medicines for RA. It is not give you permanent cure. these medicines are only control pain, inflammation and stiffness. when condition is not controlled doses is increased or medicine is changed to higher level. like that medicine is going to increasing but not giving you cure.

2) removing synovial fluid is even more harmful. It is not curative also. this process is only to relieve congestion so you feel relief in pain. but it is not advisable. it is vicious cycle one fluid removed then again fluid collected and cycle of tapping is continue.

RA is curable with alternative system like Homeopathy. there are number of cases which are managed with homeopathy without single pain killer or anti-inflamatory medicines. RA is completely curable with homeopathic medicine. documentary investigation also become normal.
