Hi , I am 30 yrs old and I regularly do exercise from past 1 year. I started gyming 7 years back but I am doing regular gyming from 1 years. I didn t take any steroids but yes I took FAT Burner and Protein Shakes . I am controlling on my diet (No fried, no oily food, very less sugar ,no rice , no meat/chicken). Tried to eat 3-4 times in a day but of very small amount. Approx Four year back, i had taken Clenbeutrol and Cytmomel T3 but in proper and limited dosage. But it didn t work so I dropped it. I would like to share few things with you all. My body weight is : It varies between 75 kg - 80 kg. My Height is : 5 8.5 My Age is : 30 yrs + - I have gyno problem but it is not much developed. I used to regularly cardio exercise but didn t work. I have fat at chest and on stomach. I believe it is not because of over weight but it might be Hormonal changes. It is from my childhood days. Even my chest is not in proper shape because it gives a fatty look instead of muscular feel. - My skin is very thick and fatty. It hides my muscularity. - I am not able to reduce my weight below 75 and I want to be atleast 68 to 70. Could any one help me out. I don t want to go for surgery. I heard about Gynexin Capsule, will it give me better results ? First two points are my major concerns. Please sir, help me out. I tried lot of things and had done lot of hardworking but nothing had worked on me.
