heello..i am 15 years old..i have got a habbit of chewing gutka from 3 years means in the age of 12 ..and i want to leave this habbit..soo what can i do...please advice..please give me some diet of leaving this habbit..and i want to become healthy and beatiful as earlier before eating gutka..

avoid the company who offer it
engage your self in your studies and physical exercises and out door sports
have healthy balanced diets you can use chewing gums for some time
