How Can I Get Relief From Neck Pain Due To Sleeping In An Uncomfortable Position ?
I SLEPT IN AN UNCOMFORTABLE POSITION YESTERDAY AND ONE SIDE OF MY NECK WAS HURTING TO WERE IT GOT STIFF. THEN TODAY THE PAIN STILLED CONTINUE AND SO I CRACKED MY NECK AND NOW THA PAIN IS IN THA BACK OF MY NECK. CAN YOU PLEASE GIVE ME SOME ADVICE?
