Hi,Ifind that my love for exercise and my diet are out of bakance and find itb hard to maintain a weight,i am 5'5 but am only almost 8 stone.I have had eating issues over da years and now i want to get the balance right.How can i find out how much evercise i require daily based on my calorie intake per day which is limited to 3 meals?Any advice?
