How can I decrease my eye sight

hi my age is 33 my eye sight is increasing a lot in the age of 14 my eye sight is -.5 i am using spectacles now my eye sight is -5.25 both eyes what to do why its increasing i am wearing spectacles regularly

Dear Anjana,

Myopia has genetic reasons and has its own course of progression in people.
It usually stabilizes at 21 yrs because that is when the eye stops growing as the body.
Regular spectacle wear is to prevent lazy eye and not halt progression.

As no drugs exist, eye exercises are the only natural option.
In India, pioneering work is done at Sri Aurobindo Ashram at Pondicherry.
