Hi

Thanks for posting your query

Burping is a wide subject , explaining it in the forum is bit difficult

Yet in our case it could be due to :

1] Indigestion
2] Gastritis
3] Collitis
4] Side effect of any medicine
5] If you ar habituated to alcohol, tobacco, or spicy and/or fermented meals

Regarding hunger it depends a lot on metabolism on an individual basis

But have commonly seen patients with gastritis having this urge to eat something every two - three hours to neutralize the increased acid output

Hope this helps
