Hello and welcome to HeathcareMagic!
Hair fall can be caused by numerous ailments; the most common one being nutritional deficiencies. Any trouble with your appetite or food intake?? Try to maintain a balanced diet with plenty of fruits and green leafy vegetables. Another thing is, an long term indoor job can cause vitamin deficiencies, especially vitamin D. Vitamin D deficiency is associated with increased hair fall. So alongside maintaining a healthy diet, I would advise you to get a blood evaluation done, especially Vitamin D levels, thyroid hormone levels and electrolyte levels.
Regards and best wishes.
