Hi. You have not provided your age, which is a very important in this scenario. If you are below 35 years, you should not worry too much. The number of miscarriages do increase slightly with age, but that is something not to worry too much about. The fact that you did have 2 miscarriages itself means, most probably there is nothing wrong with your ovulation. The most common cause of a 1st trimester loss is chromosomal abnormality of the embryo. So just keep trying, and you will eventually succeed.

conception is a complex procedure
to be pregnant ovulation is one factor .of other factors one is healthy sperm present during ovulation to couple with the ovum for pregnancy to occur

do not worry. be under specialist doctor's treatment with your husband and continue treatment till you get result
