How Can I Check If Hymen Is Intact?
Hi, im a 13 and a half year old and i was wondering if/how you know if you have broken your hymen, I do alot of horseriding and all the questions on steady heath say to put your finger up my v and see but im scared to do that and so is there any other.way???

hymen intact or broken can be checked with nacked eyes only either by your self or by a doctor.one more clue you can get from the fact that if you had injuy any time at your vaginal area and had bleedig ,it might be broken but if not so there is no need to worry.
