How can I avoid hair loss and make my hair softer ?

i have very rough and dry hair .and now a days it is stated fallling off.please suggest me the tips to take care.height-5\

it seems that you have not taken good care of your hair.
use branded shampoos and hair wash
for nourishment of your hair use branded hair oil with vitamin E.
take green vegetables, fresh fruits.
take vitamin E,D,and multi vitamins supplements.
take iron tablet if you are anemic.
if you have any scalp infection like dandruff,fungal infection,take treatment.

u have dry and rough hair
u need to take care it
use of good conditioner is advisable.
use good hair oil like almond oil
ur hair need nutrition .so take more protein diet and fruits ,milk ,egggs.
avoid going in windy and sunny weather,
u need to take tab biotin for shiny ,smooth hair
better to consult dermatologist.
dont let ur hair too wet for long time
do not do any hair procedure in saloon .
