How Can H.Pylori Infection Be Treated During Pregnancy?

I am currently 13 weeks pregnant and was diagnosed with H.Pylori, I was on Triple Abx for 5 days. I m a week post my abx tx. And my stomach is burning again, Im burping, have flatulence and loose stool. Was the tx not effective? I was on Clarithromycin, Flagyl, and Amoxicillin.

Hi I think it can be due to pregnancy also. Take some antacids like pantoprazole empty stomach. Also take some liquid antacids. Avoid spicy food. Drink plenty of water. Hope it helps.
