How can HPV infection be treated?

I have hpv. It s making me depressed. As soon I think the warts are going to go away another comes up. I m on many vitiate now and have gotten them frozen three times. Some go away and some come back. I m using Aldera now. Please tell me something positive. I also think there is a small one next to my per hole but can t tell, but pretty sure. How can that be treated? This is killin my soul.

The best resort of HPV wart is laser therapy or excision. Recurrence can be part of any therapy for sure.
