How Can Econorm Be Taken For Flatulence And Constipation?

HI Doc. My hudband aged 80 years wad prescribed Econorm capsules once a day for persistent stomach problems. Flatulence, constipation,lack of appetite etc. Is that fine. For how long should he continue to have this capsule. It has been five days now. Only a slight improvement. He is borderline diabetic and has one tab of Gluformin XL 500. His fasting sugar is 100 and PP 126. Hba1c is 5.5. Thanks for your opinion which is awaited. Mrs Haripal. Dehradun

You can take Pantoprazole and Domperidone combination
You can take Tab. Gasex for abdominal bloating

Apart from medication:
don't eat commercial products and unhygienic things
don't eat spicy food and fried food
don't go to bed immediately after meal
do yoga and pranayam in the morning
do exercise in the morning
do meditation in the morning
go for a morning walk
