How Can Crohn S Disease Be Treated?

I have had 5 bowel surgeries, large intestine removed except 2 inches. Ileiostomy for 1 year, ran like water, reversed, 3 blockage surgery still runs like water. Sometimes incontinent. This all over a period of 9 years. Just diagnosed with Chrones Disease 3 days ago. I have been really sick with going to the washroom approx 9 times in 24 hours and really nauseous. Tired and weak. Significant blood in bowel movements. I have stage 4 kidney disease. (Pre-dialysis). I haven t been to my G. I. until next week. Lot of erosions and inflammation in illieum? Just told after sigmoidoscopy on Friday. I have lots of side effects, I don t know what is caused by what anymore. I am not going to have dialysis. What kind of life span am I looking at? I am 51, just lost my husband of 30 years 6 months ago, suddenly. I am sick and tired of being sick and tired. I take 32 pills a day and 3-4 shots a day.
