How Can ASO Levels Be Reduced?
How can I reduce the ASO level my level are 600and it s being high for close to 1 yr, I already had 3 monthly penicillin injections but it had no effect, still in the 600, 8 I constantly have headaches, extreme fatigue, and occasional low grade fever, I ve been tested for everything and everything it s on normal range I m a female 42 yr old, I suffer from hypothyroidism ( but t3, t4 levels are normal)

First of all, it's sad to know what you had been going through lately.
Based on the history you have shared, you need to get a review by a rheumatologist and another autoimmune baseline workup for rheumatic fever or other rheumatic diseases needs to be done as well as echocardiogram and joint X-rays if involved or aches.
Renal function, as well as urinalysis, needs to be done too. If asymptomatic then less aggressive management is advised. Meanwhile, continue Penicillin.
