How bad is a BP of 120/94 ?

Can a bottom number of above 90 cause some dizziness and weird headaches sporadically, not constant. I have gotten my blood pressure down to that from walking and watching sodium, thanks :) To the poster: hey I m doing pretty good then, I don t smoke or drink caffeine... For the other poster, I m a mellow personality you think that will help? :)))) Thanks to you both so far.... I drink tons of water, I m not stressed, I have just seen a doctor, but not one that monitors bp only checks it. My previous bp reading was taken a month prior in a drug store and it scared me. It WAS 155/102...that got me walking and watching my sodium. Thanks all :)

I think there is not so much to worry about but your Lower reading is not appreciated, do a manual check rather than that electronic stuff. OK Continue your routine, it will come to 80, are you experiencing some stress? What was the initial before starting the exercise. Drink water and increase the length of walk gradually. Take one garlic piece daily with honey, also cut sugar in your diet. Best of luck.
