How Are Memory Loss And Lack Of Concentration Related To Hormonal Imbalance?
Hi,
I am 26 ears old and have had a very heavy menstruation that did not stop after a full month. I consulted a doctor who treated me and told me I had an hormonal imbalance. But I feel that my memory has been affected and I have difficulties concentrating. How can this be explained and what should I do about it? Thank you
It is mostly associated with hypothyroidism. Do you have any neck swelling/constipation/facial puffiness/leg swelling/dry skin? Kindly check your TSH and free T4.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
