How Are Blackheads Treated?

Really, how to remove blackheads. dont answer see a doctor, dont ask if is a hair. When you squeeze it, zit juice comes out, but black dot stays there, been there years and doesn t have a lot of white puss in them. What can you do? I mean really, is that dirt build up and too big to pass through pore, darken juice, or dark skin, or dirt build up just hanging on? Every now and then the black dot comes out but comes back. is it inverted zip, is it open pore? do you have to get black out and then scrap up area so it will heal, or what? There is something to remove these at home, instead of paying money to doc and they don t go away, or make worse. juice/hard zip stuff, not liquidy

Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain blackheads are formed due to clogging of pores with dirt and appears as black dots commonly seen on nose and other parts of face..
Blackheads are commonly seen in individuals with open pore skin and oily skin..
The zit juice that comes out seems to be sebum from sebaceous glands..
It commonly needs regular efforts for removal and you need not to worry as it will get improved..
You should start scrubbing the areas containing blackheads with a gentle scrub and you can also make one by mixing lemon juice and sal, oatmeal and yoghurt etc..
Avoid popping the blackheads or using removing strips as they can further worsen..
Take steam on face and after that take a soft towel and gently scrub the areas..
Wash your face with a mild facewash twice a day..
Retinoid containing cleansers are also helpful..
You can also go for treatments like Salicylic or glycolic acid peeling, microdermabrasion etc..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
