How A Chocked Nerve Of The Ear Can Be Treated?

My nephew's Ht=5.5 ft, Wt=about 55 Kg, age=21 years. Since 15 days he is facing hearing loss in his right Ear. Testing are done and found that nerve to that ear is chocked so that hearing loss is faced. He is advised for Tab WISOLONE steroid. Kindly advise the needful steps to be done.

head injury or trauma
loud-noise exposure
immune system diseases
Ménière’s disease
Lyme disease
infectious diseases
medications that can harm the ear
snake bite or other toxic event
should be manage with steroids, hyperbaric oxygen and treat d cause.
in established cases hearing aids or cochlear implants r beneficial.
