Hot, tingly feet in bed at night, shivery sensation. Should i be concerned?

Hi, since having my son a year ago I have had hot, tingly feet in bed at night. I previously always had cold feet and hands. For the past few days I have also had a weird shivery sensation in one part of my right leg. When I check there are no goosebumps and it is happening when I m in bed and am warm. Should I be concerned?
