Holes On Side Of Penis, Pus Oozed Out Long Back. Cause? Can I Cut Skin Off?

I have 2 small millimeter holes on the side of my penis. It forms a tunnel If I lift it up I can see straight threw it with a little piece of skin in thw middle. I saw it since I could remember but at 14 I noticed two black dots that I popped out of it like seeds. After the black seeds came out white puss came with it. This happned twice I got the puss out now after 8 years these tunnel like figures are still there and it hasnt pussed in past 8 years why did my penis devolope these holes and can I just cut the skin off ?

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have what is called as Sebaceous Cysts over your penis which you have opened and the tract or sac of the cyst is still there with a opening which looks like a holes in the skin.
The penile skin is rich in sebaceous glands and hence prone to get more sebaceous cyst due to accumulation of sebum beneath the skin.
Normally they fade away without treatment however they need to be treated if increase in size or get infected.
You have already opened these cysts however the sac of the cyst is still there .
Please consult qualified General Surgeon for clinical evaluation and further treatment.
You need to excise it in Toto under local anaesthesia.
