Holes On Anus That Each Other. What Is The Rash? What Is The Smell?
I have a two holes above my anus almost touching each other. The both excrete a foul smelling substance and I get a rash everyday on my butt and it soils most of my underwear, leaving them crusty. I m really worried about it and I had one for about 5 months now and it started out as a small hole, then it turned into a bigger hole and now there are 2 and both of them are big, painful and they smell. Please help!

I have read your query in detail. It seem that you have fistula in ano. Consult your general surgeon to get confirmed. The treatment of fistula in ano is a simple small surgery by excision of the track made the fistula and than allow the wound to heal by it's own.
The other opition is Ksar Sutra treatment in ayurveda. In which a medicated thread in passes through the track and tied and than tighten every day or weekly. Both the procedure takes almost same time to heal but both has there own limitations.
