Hoarseness in voice, sinus pressure, post nasal drip with green, bloody mucus. Treatment required?

Lost my voice about 8 days ago, went completely by thursday, no other symptoms, no sneezing , no runny nose, no soreness, no headaches, nothing. Getting voice back now, still hoarse, but now a little sinus pressure and a little post nasal drip with green and bloody mucus . Should I go see a doctor or let it run it s course?
