Hoarse Voice And Cough In 7 Month Old Infant, Please Suggest Remedies
My 7 month old has had several colds and bouts with an ear infection over last month. She has runny nose and cough and a very hoarse,quiet voice. She appears irritable and uncomfortable (unlike her) and has had fevers--given tylenol and she s calmed down. should I call doctor again or just wait it out?

If your child is suffering from fever or ear infection, you should bring her to an ENT specialist. If there is only runny nose ( without fever or ear infection) you can give her anticold medicine. Hoarseness of voice may be due to spread of infection from nose to larynx. So, take care for the control of runny nose. Have a speedy recovery of your daughter.
