Hit the top right side of my head pretty hard

Hit the top right side of my head pretty hard on a metal bar, it didn’t hurt at first but the next day It hurt whenever my body vibrated (stepping down hard, jumping, etc.). It’s been 3 days and I’ve had almost a constant headache, and now I have a pain in my right ear, any idea what’s going on or am I overreacting?

So this morning I hit my head pretty hard right on the back towards the top...throughout the day I ve had waves of pain in my head in the sides slightly above the ears, behind my eyes, kind of like pressure, and it hurts when I chew. I am slightly worried but I m by sure because in the spot where I hit my head...there is no tenderness or pain. Could this be serious?

This morning, in a show of supreme stupidity, I basically slammed the right side of my forehead into the bathroom counter when I leaned down to pick up something I dropped. I hit myself right at the eyebrow and towards the top of my nose. There is now a rather prominent bump/swell there. It s been about four hours and since then my eyes have been twitching and I feel a little bit off but not majorly nauseous or anything. Should I be concerned?

Hi I was in the head last week by a hard plastic object on the side of my face (right temple and top of my jaw) and was left with some mild swelling, redness, sinus pain, back of the neck pain (near the base of my head on the side I was hit), a runny nose, a headache and a stomachache- it was a pretty hard hit. I went to the er and they did a neuro test and said I was fine. The face pain and headache lasted a couple of days. I still have the neck pain and have woken up in the night twice now with a headache on the side I was hit and a little dizziness. I do get migraines that predominantly occur on the side I was hit. I am wondering if I did some sort of damage that went undetected. Thanks!
