Hit Head On Lower Back Skull, Neck, Back Hurts, Liquid Leaking From Left Nostril. Should I Be Worried?

Today I hit my head pretty hard on the lower left back of my skull and my neck and back hurt as well from falling straight on them after stunting for Cheerleading. Now, after about 4 hours, there s still some kind of clear liquid leaking from my left nostril. Should I be worried?

Hi and thanks for the query,
There is a chance that the clear liquid leaking from your nose is cerebrospinal fluid. CSF leaks when the skull is fractured.
YES you need to see your doctor IMMEDIATELY.
Do not blow your nose and do not exert.
Go to the ER now.
Take care, Dr Kishori.
